Raquel is an internationally recognized brand builder with over 25 years of experience shaping, revitalizing, and accelerating luxury brands across four continents. Her expertise spans industries including fashion, fine jewelry, media and entertainment, hospitality, functional medicine, and talent management.

 

Beginning her career in New York’s competitive advertising industry, Raquel developed marketing strategies and campaigns for some of the world’s most iconic brands—American Express, Audi, the CFDA, Gucci, Saint Laurent, The New York Times, The Standard Hotel, and VitaminWater.

 

Driven by a passion for global brand expansion, she relocated to the Middle East, where she played a pivotal role in elevating brand awareness and driving transformative commercial growth. As Regional Director at KENZO and later General Manager at GUCCI across multiple countries, Raquel built high-performing teams, spearheaded innovative marketing initiatives, and developed bespoke, limited-edition products. Her leadership directly contributed to a +65% in network expansion, driving  revenue to an unprecedented €100 million. Her entrepreneurial spirit later led her to launch a niche luxury retail venture in Dubai.

 

Seven years ago, Raquel returned to New York to establish a purpose-driven hybrid consulting and coaching practice. She is a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. 

 

Through a unique, consciousness-based approach, she helps leaders, creators, and businesses strip away outdated beliefs, reconnect with their core truth, and step boldly into their next chapter—creatively, strategically, financially, and personally.
